Cold-Chain Delivery Terms

1. Packing standards

Fruit is packed in protective, food-grade containers designed to minimise bruising during transit. Temperature-sensitive varieties receive additional insulation where courier networks support it.

2. Dispatch timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation, subject to harvest availability and courier serviceability. You will receive tracking information once the shipment leaves our facility.

3. Delivery coverage

We deliver across India through partner courier networks. Remote or unserviceable pin codes may require cancellation with a full refund. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping charges

Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping. Cash-on-delivery orders incur a ₹49 handling fee displayed at checkout.

5. Receipt and inspection

Inspect your delivery upon receipt. Note any visible damage on the courier proof-of-delivery if applicable, and contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
