Fruit Purchase Agreement
Effective: 15 July 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Appily twentythree or placing an order, you agree to this Fruit Purchase Agreement with APPILY TWENTYTHREE FRUITÉ DESK PRIVATE LIMITED. This document governs your use of our website, your account, and all purchases of fresh fruit listed in our catalogue.
2. Catalogue scope
Our storefront offers fresh fruit exclusively — citrus groves, stone orchards, berry harvests, tropical baskets, melon fields, and heritage apple and pear varieties. Each listing specifies the fruit name, pack weight, price, and availability.
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the amount shown at checkout.
- Seasonal fruits may be temporarily unavailable without advance notice.
- Pack weights indicate the net quantity of fruit supplied per order line.
- Product photographs represent the actual variety; natural variation in size, colour and ripeness may occur.
3. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate delivery details, contact information, and payment credentials. Email verification may be required before order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders with incomplete addresses, suspected fraud, or items that cannot be fulfilled due to stock or logistics constraints.
4. Perishability notice
Fresh fruit is a perishable product. Shelf life depends on variety, ripeness at dispatch, ambient temperature, and storage after delivery. Consume or refrigerate promptly upon receipt. We cannot guarantee eating quality once produce has been stored improperly or beyond its recommended window.
5. Intellectual property
All website content — including the Fruité brand, product descriptions, photography, layout, and written copy — is owned by APPILY TWENTYTHREE FRUITÉ DESK PRIVATE LIMITED or used under licence. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial reuse is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from spoilage after delivery, courier delays beyond our control, or force majeure events affecting supply chains.
7. Governing law
Disputes are subject to the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Contact our fruit desk at fruits@appilytwentythree.com before initiating formal proceedings.
